In the promo of The Good Doctor season 4 episode 7, Lea made a huge revelation to Shaun. The former revealed that she has an ex-husband, which only means that she's married before she met the latter. She didn't tell him about this man in her life before, which could lead to a problem between them.
Lea's revelation didn't only shock Shaun, but the viewers, as well. She never talked about this part of her past. Perhaps, there is a huge reason why she chose to hide that she has an ex-husband. She may also think this person not relevant to her life anymore, that's why she didn't mention it to Shaun.
Despite that, it looks like Shaun is bothered by this revelation. At the end of the clip of The Good Doctor season 4 episode 7, he confronted Lea and asked her why she didn't mention her ex-husband before. This is a huge issue for him, and he may have a hard time accepting it.
For Shaun, he often likes to have all the information. However, he may not entirely understand Lea's reason and why she decided not to tell him. There's going to be a misunderstanding here, though they may recognize later on that they must compromise.
Meanwhile, The Good Doctor season 4 episode 7 picks up the aftermath in episode 6. Dr. Audrey Lim's (Christina Chang) future is in question following what happened. Even though she's physically fine, she will continue dealing with her PTSD. This affects both her personal and professional life.
Also, Dr. Morgan Reznick (Fiona Gubelmann) takes on a seemingly difficult patient. She found out that the wealth and obsession of her patient in extending his life is a dangerous mix. Without realizing it, he could end up costing more than he can actually afford.
Morgan was last seen trying to acclimate to having Dr. Alex Park (Will Yun Lee) as a new roommate. This leads to several romance speculations. At the moment, nothing is certain between the two, but the story is likely heading in that direction.
