After Viz Media seems to accidentally drop Black Clover Chapter 278, spoilers are now circulating online. The full manga scans are now out, and it confirms Nacht and Dante's storyline.
Nacht will get the help of Jack to bring Dante down in Black Clover Chapter 278. The three will be in a "deadly magic battle," and there are rumors someone will meet his demise.
Titled "Undying Bodies," Jack will use a slicing attack against Dante, but the latter will easily heal with his Body magic. On the other hand, Dante will use his Gravity power to increase his surroundings' gravity that will bring Nacht and Jack to the floor.
However, Nacht will use his new Demon form, Fairy Tale Mode: Equus, to counter Dante's move, BlockToro noted. This will make the latter surprised, knowing Nacht can also do this demon power aside from Asta.
Nacht's new demon form helps him increase his strength to block Dante's Gravity power in Black Clover Chapter 278. He will then mock Jack, saying "he is nothing but talks," and will continue to face Dante on his own.
Nacht's words will badly affect Jack, who will remember the time when he couldn't control his magic powers as a child. It will motivate him to push himself and generate a new form, like the slicing blades that extend longer than his arms.
So, while in a new form, Jack uses the mana zone that makes his slicing attack work on Dante. From here, the new chapter ends.
