Jungkook is one of the largest, if not the largest, members of BTS. Even though he is the youngest one out of the bunch, the “My Time” singer has become more buff than the older boys in recent years.

Despite these physical changes, Jungkook remained the same personality-wise. The 23-year-old singer and songwriter still get pretty emotional when it comes to his extreme love and appreciation for his members and ARMYs.

But when he was younger, BTS revealed that Jungkook cries very easily. In fact, the older boys said that the Golden Maknae would instantly cry when they asked him a very simple question.

BTS previously guested on the Cultwo Show, where RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and V discussed Jungkook’s crying habit. They shared that he would easily cry when he was a young boy.

“Back when Jungkook was a minor, if you said, ‘Jungkook, are you crying?’ he would cry… he would cry if you said, ‘Jungkook, are you crying? Are you crying?” V said. J-Hope chimed in, “He used to cry easily.”

But the “Ego” rapper explained that Jungkook has grown older and mature, so he doesn’t cry when they ask him that question anymore. Jimin even said that a completely different outcome would happen if they ask if he was crying.

“Now if you go, ‘Jungkook, are you crying?’ he’ll hit you,” JM shared.

But just because Jungkook is not a minor anymore, that doesn’t mean that he completely lost his emotions. As mentioned above, JK remained the same, but he has learned to control his feelings better.

However, ARMYs made it hard for Jungkook to stop his tears from falling on his birthday last year. On September 1, JK admitted that he cried because of what the fans did.

But Jungkook’s tears were not out of sadness, they were tears of joy. On the first day of September, it was announced that BTS hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with "Dynamite," a wish that JK was hoping for in 2018.

Thanks to ARMYs undying support, BTS' latest disco-inspired summer bop, "Dynamite," sold a mind-blowing 265,000 digital copies in its first week, making it their first song to debut at No.1 on Billboard's "Hot 100" chart. This incredible present made Jungkook cry because of gratitude.
