Jujutsu Kaisen is continuously conquering the world of manga with its eccentric storyline, doubling its numbers since its debut. As the Shibuya Incident arc continues, fans will see the continuation of its story in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 136.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 136 serves as the penultimate chapter of its current arc. This side of the story is about to end in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 137, and a new tale about Itadori Yuji is about to begin.

The new chapter's preview revealed Yuji would cheer Getou before leaving, saying, "Gojo Sensei!" A world full of cursed people is also about to come, and it even teased that it will be a colored page.

In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 135, Choso got pretty angry at Getou for going against Itadori, Anime Troop noted. The Special Grade Sorcerer tried to attack the cursed spirit with wild hair, but the latter managed to block the attack without a sweat.

Along with their pals, Panda tried to help Choso, but another Getou ally used the Ice attack against them. As expected, the move made them all frozen, unable to move from their places due to the ice covering them.

In the end, Yuki Tsumoko was seen and asked Getou a strange question. What would happen next from here would be seen in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 136.

Meanwhile, in just two years in the business, Shueisha revealed, via Anime News Network, that Gege Akutami's masterpiece now has 20 million copies in circulation—not sold, though.

This already included the digital copies, proving how big this manga has become. Its number of copies in circulation has dramatically increased to 235% since its anime adaptation started in December 2020.

This only means that the anime itself has tremendously helped the manga's success. It used to only have 8.5 million copies in circulation in October last year and reached 10 million copies by the end of the said month.

In December, it already turned to have 15 million copies in circulation after launching in March 2018 in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. The publishing company published the manga's 14th compiled book volumes on January 4.

On the other hand, Viz Media has secured the manga's license in the U.S., so fans can also read it through its digital vault or physical library, per Comicbook. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 136 is set to be out on Sunday, January 24.
