Donald Trump has chosen Mar-a-Lago to be his post-White House residence. He and Melania Trump relocated to the estate hours before Joe Biden's inauguration.

Many individuals thought that his move to Florida would be peaceful and quiet. However, this is not what the case appears to be in recent days.

The Daily Express reported that the former U.S. President received hateful messages on the property earlier this week. As noted, a plane carrying banners, which contain the scathing attacks toward Trump, flew over the area.

One reads, "Trump you pathetic loser go back to Moscow." As for the other, it referred to him as the "worst President ever."

TMZ said that witnesses spotted the sky-writing plane heading toward Mar-a-Lago on Sunday. At that time, though, no one knows who commissioned and paid for the move. Despite this, it has since, reportedly, become clear that residents in the area are not happy about Donald Trump's move to Florida.

A few days after the debacle, The Times released a report about the matter and revealed that it was a physician named "Bill" who paid for the banners. He allegedly wanted to "turn the MAGA attitude" toward the former U.S. President.

Aerial Messages owner Remy Colin, also, broke his silence about the anti-Trump messages. As it happened, he was the one who flew the planes on Sunday. He shared that he is expecting more "flyovers with mocking messages" to Trump.

Later on, Colin uncovered that there were a few Trump supporters who became upset about the banners. They, reportedly, called him and asked whether the planes were from their service.

He stated that he had "no shame" and admitted that they flew the plane. Upon receiving criticisms, he told them that the pro-Trump supporters could pay for a message of their own, as well, and he would fly those too.

Apart from the hateful banners, Donald Trump is, also, facing controversies regarding his move to Florida. Business Insider learned that several members of the club have already left and quitted Mar-a-Lago because of the former U.S. President.

Author Laurence Leamer claimed that Trump's "declining popularity" seemingly "turned off" some wealthy members. They do not, reportedly, want anything to do with him, adding that the exclusive club has now become a "very dispirited place."

In addition to this, Forbes reported that some neighbors complained about Donald Trump's relocation to Mar-a-Lago because he appears to have violated a "residency agreement." 28 years ago, he signed a deal with the town of Palm Beach that he may only stay at the club for seven days at a time, 21 days a year. The town government is now, reportedly, eyeing the issue.
