Fans will finally see Fate/Grand Order Part II this year after the COVID-19 pandemic delays its release. Titled Fate/Grand Order Camelot: Part II Paladin: Ageteram, its official website drops a new trailer that shows an intense turn of events.

Fate/Grand Order Part II will give a satisfying ending to the knights' war after the first movie, Wandering: Agateram, featured the story of the 6th Grand Order. Part I mostly focused on the original smartphone game, and fans are about to see more about it this time.

In the English translation of its tweet, via Epic Dope, it announced the release of the movie's second part. It also dropped its new official release date and the revelation of its theme song.

The video teaser doesn't only tease the intense battle of the knights but also lets fans hear its official soundtrack, called "Transparent," by Mamoru Miyano. The story of the 6th Grand Order of 1273 continues, and the Gallant knights are seen getting ready to face the enemies.

They will try their best to restore humanity in the Kingdom "scarred by history." Now, fans have to wait and see how the story will unfold.

Part I's original cast members will reprise their roles in Fate/Grand Order Part II. Mamoru Miyano will play as Bedivere, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Ritsuka, Rie Takahashi as Mash, Ayako Kawasumi as Lion King, and Takahiro Mizushima as Gawain.

According to Comicbook, the franchise is one of the most "lucrative anime franchises" in Asia. Now, its popularity has also dominated the U.S.

Just like the second movie, the first one was also delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. It was supposed to be out in the early 2020 but revealed in December instead, resulting in the second part's delay.

At the time, many anime studios and even TV and movie productions were put to a full stop due to the threat of the coronavirus. With the rampant spread of the virus, Japan declared the State of Emergency, especially when the outbreak began in Tokyo and other metro areas.

Now that the country has contained the transmission, most people are now back at work, and Fate/Grand Order Part II is about to come. AniTrendz noted it would be out in different parts of Asia, like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Mongolia. At the same time, the franchise's Twitter page cited Fate/Grand Order Part II would drop on May 8.
