One Piece Chapter 1004 spoilers make fans quite confused about O-Tama's appearance. As the kunoichi in training will change the Onigashima war, some wonder how a newly-arrived character will make it.

O-Tama will be using her devil fruit powers to turn the enemies into allies in One Piece Chapter 1004. However, fans can't help but question this part of the storyline and everything about the little ninja.

The spoilers and leaks alleged O-Tama managed to reach Onigashima in no time through Speed's ship. This is also the reason why the enemies didn't catch her.

It also reveals that the Headliners and Gifters will be eating Dangos that will be turning them into the Straw Hat Pirates and alliance's allies. Usopp, too, will help O-Tama feed their foes by shooting them with Dangos one at a time.

So, how a little girl like Saitama will be able to do this in One Piece Chapter 1004? According to BlockToro, O-Tama ate an unnamed Paramecia-type of Devil Fruit that lets her create an unlimited supply of Dango from her cheeks.

When an animal eats this, it will start to be submissive to her and obey all of her commands. They will also defend O-Tama from harm.

Although this doesn't work on humans, anyone who will eat the SMILE fruits—even the Gifters themselves—can be controlled by the Dangos. Hence, it is what Usopp and O-Tama plan to do to turn their enemies into allies and dramatically change the face of the war.

Luffy's alliance is starting to decrease in numbers compared to the Beast Pirates' horde of armies. If O-Tama manages to change it in One Piece Chapter 1004, Luffy will have the edge on the fight, turning to have more fighters than Kaido has.

OtakuKart News added the new chapter would finally shift its focus from the Worst Generation and Yonko's fight on the rooftop to the battle on the lower levels of the Onigashima mansion. Anyhow, as the previous chapter hinted at Kaido's new hybrid form, it looks like it might never be seen in the new installment just yet because of the transition.

It may take several chapters before it is finally introduced to keep the hype. Of course, fans are expected to wait for that to happen.

One Piece Chapter 1004 is set to be out on Sunday, February 14, at midnight Japan Standard Time, per HITC. The international fans can also see it at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon Eastern Time, and 5 p.m. British Time.
