Titled "The Succession of the Cerealities," ten draft pages dropped on Twitter, though not all are translated into English yet. The first two pages show Granola at a pub, giving an alien bartender a bag full of money, BlockToro noted.
The next panels reveal the bartender gives the money to the four new villains that were introduced in Chapter 68. Granola is watching from afar and later witnessing their transformation into a massive gorilla after exchanging what looks like power capsules.
In the last two Dragon Ball Super Chapter 69 panels, Vegeta and Beerus are seen training together and having a talk. Beerus is teaching Vegeta a new move where he can appear behind somebody in an instant and power up using an energy ball.
According to Devdiscourse, Vegeta will be ready for some action as the training continues. Granola will be practicing, too.
He may be preparing himself to gain the strength he needed to face and defeat Frieza. Granola and Goku may also finally meet each other in the upcoming chapter.
In addition, the new installment may explore the meaning of the words behind Oracle fish's prophecy. He said the balance of Universe 7 would be changing soon, and the strongest fighter of the Universe will be born.
Will Dragon Ball Super Chapter 69 introduces a new fighter, or fans already know him/her all along? Some believe this formidable warrior can be Granola, and he may be much more robust than Goku. Whatever the case may be, readers and followers have to wait for what will happen next to the series.
The new chapter will drop on Saturday, February 20, per Stanford Arts Review. It can be seen on Viz Media, MangaPlus, and Shonen Jump's official websites.
