February has come to an end, which means Attack on Titan Chapter 138 will soon drop. Hajime Isayama gives fans an update about the much-awaited penultimate chapter, and it is now ready for publication.

Isayama confirmed that Attack on Titan Chapter 138's manuscript is now uploaded and ready to publish. Thankfully, he always submits his work on time, so the manga series hardly experiences any delays.

Several theories and spoilers surround the penultimate episode, but fans should only take these assumptions with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet. However, one thing is for sure; there will be huge chaos.

According to BlockToro, there are assumptions Eren is hiding on Paradis Island and planning to continue the Rumbling. Also, there are rumors a lot of major characters will die that will surely surprise fans.

Omnitos noted Levi had survived this long to achieve "peak fan service." However, with his severe injuries, he is no longer fit to fight and may have become one of the many casualties in Attack on Titan Chapter 138.

Eren is believed to be still alive, and so if he comes as the Attack Titan, the remaining Survey Corps will be all in danger. Other Titan shifters are of no match to his ability.

He can quickly get the better of the Colossal Titan with his Warhammer Titan powers. Levi also promises to take Eren down, though it remains to be seen how he can do it in his condition.

Mikasa, additionally, maybe one of the strongest and most potent of them all, but it can't be denied that she's biased when it comes to Eren. So, there is no way that she will kill her childhood friend off.

Anyhow, knowing how Isayama works, he may divert fans' focus and create an incredible ending that no one can think of happening. The final fight within Titans' world will continue, per Comicbook, and the remaining Survey Corps will do everything to end the nightmare that these giant creatures bring and save the world.

As anything can go in this series and fans know how it usually goes, no one expects it will have a happy ending.

Attack on Titan Chapter 138 will finally drop on Tuesday, March 9. It can be read on Amazon, Comixology Unlimited, Crunchyroll Premium, and Kodansha Comics for free or basic subscription.
