Kawaki is revealed to be the vessel that Kara has been looking for. As the organization may finally found him in Boruto Episode 189, there may be an intense fight between Kawaki and Garo.

Despite the doubts, Boruto decided to help him out, but Kawaki remained hostile toward them when he woke up. Konohamaru then suggested they needed to take him in custody, but the boy, who turned out to be Kawaki, warned he was still ready to fight.
He even said that he could take them out when Boruto showed him the seal on his palm. Surprised by what he saw, Kawaki told him it was called Karma. However, unbeknownst to the group, Delta and Kashin Koji were watching them from a distance.
