Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha will finally find Lady Zero in Yashahime Episode 23. However, there will be a great battle between Riku and this group that will hinder their plan.
Fans already saw Setsuna's demonic side in the previous episode after Lady Zero used Miroku's spell to unleash her demonic powers. As she promised to take her revenge on Lady Zero, will it happen in Yashahime Episode 23?
The new episode preview, via Epic Dope, teased the possibility of it. Setsuna, along with her group, has found Lady Zero's location. They will try to kill her, but Riku will get in their way.
He will fight the girls to protect Lady Zero, but he will find the latter struck down. The young Shikabaneya financier will be confused about what is happening.
Now, how will Riku react to Lady Zero's death in Yashahime Episode 23? Will he take his revenge in the coming episodes?
Elsewhere, Rin has finally opened her eyes inside the Tree of Ages. As Sesshoumaru has been staying near the tree, can he save Rin?
In Yashahime Episode 22, Rika robbed Towa's Silver Pearl after defeating the human-eating demon Totetsu. Rika now had five pearls and was planning to create a powerful demon using all the Rainbow Pearls.
In other events, while Hisui's father, Muroku, continued his training, he got a visit from a lady who claimed to be Otsuyu. She commended his practice and told him he was looking for the right path's direction, OtakuKart News noted.
Muroku then realized she was not a human at all, so he asked for her real identity. He also noticed that she didn't have the demon power or even an apparition.
Otsuyu then suggested that she might be called a devilish woman, to which Muroku warned he knew what would happen if he called her that in front of Sango. He once again asked why she was in the area. Later, Otsuyu told him to realize the "half-demon girl's seal."
Meanwhile, fans got to know Pearl's history in Yashahime Episode 21, "Secret of the Rainbow Pearls." However, aside from its origin, it also revealed the mystery behind the pirate Pearl collector, per CBR.
Though some of his motivations remained mysterious, fans already had an idea about his real identity. They also learned what he and Towa meant to each other.
Yashahime Episode 23, titled "The Three Princesses Strike Back," will be out on Saturday, March 13.
