Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 142 raw scans are now making rounds online, hinting at the continuation of Choso and Naoya's fight. However, there will be a surprising twist in the end that no one will expect.
Fans have been waiting to see the intense brawl between the two in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 142. Called "The Back of an Older Brother," there will be talks about siblings and more revelations that will surprise everyone.
The new installment summary, via BlockToro, begins with Naoya stabbing Choso with a knife. This will give him a hard time using blood manipulation with the blood loss and bleeding wound he's experiencing.
Sure, it's pretty weak for a sorcerer to bring a weapon in a fight, but Naoya admits he can't win any battle without it. He then remembers his older brothers, who are walking around with swords.
Choso asks Naoya if he hates his siblings, to which he says yes, and explains an older brother shall never be weaker than the younger sibling. Yuji's ally suggests he may be only strong because of his brothers as they have already shown him what to do and not.
Little did Naoya know that Chose is already manipulating the blood coming out of his wound, making a huge wave toward him in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 142. He must've forgotten that he's a half-cursed spirit, so he won't die of blood loss as long as he still has cursed energy.
Naoya tries to avoid it, but some are already splashed on him that makes him feel heavier. He then attacks Choso, expecting him to make another blood move, but he uses his Technique: Supernova instead.
Naoya doesn't see it coming, and so he hasn't managed to dodge it. Yuta then suddenly appears behind Choso, carrying Yuji by the neck, and punches him in the face that knocks him down instantly.
Meanwhile, there are theories Yuta has to use his Master Technique to survive Yuta's attacks in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 142. Yuta may also stab Yuji in the body, but it can't do him any harm as Sukuna's still inside him, Devdiscourse noted.
Sukuna may finally make his way out to face Yuta. There are also assumptions that Satoru Gojo will return to help Yuji and Choso against Yuta and Naoya.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 142 will drop on Sunday, March 14, at midnight, Japan Standard Time, per HITC. It will later be out at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon Eastern Time, and 2 p.m. British Time.
