Fear the Walking Dead season 6 is coming back next month on AMC. The post-apocalyptic horror drama has been on hiatus since November 2020. Now, a new trailer for the remaining episodes has been unveiled and it teased what lies ahead to several characters.

The latest clip of Fear the Walking Dead season 6 sees most of the survivors in a perilous situation. While the promo isn't quite long, it sees what the future holds for Morgan (Lennie James), Strand (Colman Domingo), Dwight (Austin Amelio), Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey), and the rest of the group.

The leader of the Pioneer, Virginia (Colby Minifie), remains to be the biggest adversary on their side. She captured most of the survivors and threatened to kill them if they won't follow whatever she'll say. Grace (Karen David) is one of the major concerns here since she became the latest target.

It can be recalled that Grace was surrounded by a firing squad orchestrated by Virginia. She is in grave danger and it remains to be seen whether or not she'll get out of her current situation. The Pioneer leader can do whatever she likes, especially with her connections.

However, Virginia could also use Grace to get her younger sister, Dakota (Zoe Colletti), back. The latter has been trapped and held captive by Morgan. Virginia and Morgan could make some sort of deal in exchange for Dakota and Grace.

The latest trailer also sees the core survivors together in a lift. Then, a voice can be heard saying: "This is where life will begin again." In addition to the clip, a key art was also unveiled featuring Morgan and Alicia with a haunting walker in between them.

Meanwhile, Fear the Walking Dead season 6 premiered back in October 2020. The series kicked off filming in November 2019, but production was shut down in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The current installment aired its first air episode before going on hiatus in November 2020.

The second half will consist of nine episodes and will pick up what transpired in the first half. Three new faces are coming as well, which will be played by Keith Carradine, Nick Stahl, and John Glover. Hence, fans can expect a lot of new storylines coming once the series returns.

Fear the Walking Dead season 6 is returning on Sunday, April 11, on AMC.
