Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) and Lea Dilallo's (Paige Spara) relationship will be tested once again in The Good Doctor season 4 episode 13. The two have been facing a lot of issues as of late, especially when they found out about the latter's pregnancy.
The Good Doctor season 4 episode 13 comes with the title "Spilled Milk" and it will pick up where episode 12 left off. Shaun and Lea decided to keep the baby even though they're still somewhat uncertain about what lies ahead for them as parents.
However, it looks like Shaun feels disconnected from Lea and her pregnancy. In the preview, he admitted that he doesn't feel anything towards the child, causing his girlfriend to be concerned about their current situation. This could lead to tension between them and more troubles in their relationship.
Shaun and Lea have been contemplating whether they could bring the baby into the world after learning the news. Their relationship has been tested a lot of times already, but the current one seemed to be the biggest for them. This is something that could either tear them apart or make them stronger.
As for what else is coming in The Good Doctor season 4 episode 13, Claire Brown (Antonia Thomas) is forced to face someone from his past. After dealing with the death of her mother, she must now deal with the arrival of his father whom she hasn't seen for a long time.
Claire's father suddenly appeared and delivered unexpected news to his daughter. He claimed that he's terminally ill, and he likely showed up to spend the remaining days of his life with her. But then, some issues are needed to be settled first.
