Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly) is going to be the major focus in the upcoming NCIS: Los Angeles season 12 episode 14. G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and the rest of the team will do whatever they can in order to rescue her. But then, it won't be easy for them as there are challenges coming along the way.
NCIS: Los Angeles season 12 episode 14 is titled "The Noble Man" and it'll continue where the previous episode left off. The mission to save Anna comes with dangers, so the team needs to be careful with their move. However, there's no guarantee she'll have a future with Callen even if they find her.
In episode 13, titled "Red Rover, Red Rover," Callen and the team offered Anna as bait to Katya Miranova (Eve Harlow) to save Joelle Taylor (Elizabeth Bogush). Yet, everything goes sideways when Katya started targeting both Anna and Joelle.
First, Katya goes after Anna since the latter was the one who helped the Russians burn her. Then, she came after Joelle, who happens to be the ex-girlfriend of Callen. The final showdown saw Katya offering Joelle as a bargain for Anna's life.
However, a bomb was strapped to Joelle, and Katya was able to steal Anna during the bargain. Anna was safe, but Joelle ended up severely injured. Then, the episode ended with Katya escaping and Anna was abducted again.
Now, in NCIS: Los Angeles season 12 episode 14, Callen and the team found out that Anna is being held by a group that has a connection to her upbringing. They need to do whatever they can to rescue her before it's too late and before she's forced to return to Russia.
Callen won't stop until he tracks down Anna's location, though he's aware that it wouldn't be easy for him. He must race against time as the love of his life is in grave danger. What's even more concerning is that they may not have a future together in the event she'll be sent back to Russia.
Elsewhere in NCIS: Los Angeles season 12 episode 14, Nell Jones (Renee Felice Smith) receives a serious offer from Admiral Kilbride (Gerald McRaney). It remains to be seen what this offer could be, but it is likely related to her job.
