Station 19 season 4 episode 10 is coming this week on ABC, with the title "Save Yourself." Most of the characters will be facing their own problems, with some putting their lives in danger in the process. Dean Miller (Okieriete Onaodowan), in particular, is going to be one of the major focuses here.

In Station 19 season 4 episode 10, Dean will continue his battle against the Seattle Police Department. He is doing everything he can to make things better but he knows that it's not an easy task. There are people out there resisting his effort, making the situation even harder for him.

While trying to fight for what is right, Dean also needs to deal with other things in Station 19 season 4 episode 10. He, along with Andy Herrera (Jaina Lee Ortiz), Robert Sullivan (Boris Kadjoe), and Ben Warren (Jason George), need to make a tough decision while attempting to save a newlywed couple.

This week's episode will feature another crossover with the flagship medical drama, Grey's Anatomy. The doctors and the firefighters join forces as they try to save the couple trapped in the car. They must choose whatever is right to rescue and ensure their safety.

Meanwhile, Travis Montgomery (Jay Hayden) will have his own storyline in Station 19 season 4 episode 10, as well. His father fears that he will be outed after one of his golfing friends is exposed to the virus. It can be noted that the character had a breakthrough in the previous episode.

Travis is still dealing with the death of Michael, his husband. Yet, he realized that it is time to move on after seeing Vic Hughes' (Barrett Doss) feelings to Theo (Carlos Miranda), the man responsible for Michael's death. However, that doesn't mean that accepting what happened means forgiving Theo.

Michael died as a result of Theo's mistake, something that Travis cannot fully accept. While the latter is seemingly ready to start a new chapter of his life, the scar in his past remains a part of him. The road to forgiveness may still be a long one for the two.

Elsewhere in this week's episode, Carina DeLuca (Stefania Spampinato) is still mourning the death of her brother, Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti). Now, it looks like she may also lose her ability to stay in the United States as her immigration status is being questioned.

Station 19 season 4 episode 10 airs on Thursday, April 8, on ABC.
