Farmer Boys is celebrating its 40th by inviting fans to get inked in exchange for free burgers for a year.
The restaurant has partnered with two tattoo parlors: The Honorable Society in West Hollywood and Rockin Ink Tattoo in Las Vegas. Customers not near either can schedule a Farmer Boys tattoo appointment online by May 21.
Farmer Boys fans, 18 years and older, can choose from three permanent designs measuring 2 inches by 2 inches. Those who take the deal will be rewarded with free Farmer Boys burgers for a year.
Not interested in a permanent? The restaurant chain is offering free temporary tattoos for all in-store purchases. According to an Instagram post if you share the temporary tattoo on social media you'll qualify for a free burger.
Farmer Boys will distribute temporary tattoos with a code to activate a 40th-anniversary deal on its Very Important Farmer loyalty club application at participating locations. To receive the freebies, guests must be a member of the loyalty club.
"As we reflect on the last 40 years, we are overjoyed with the memories we have created with our loyal guests, franchisees and team members," said Larry Rusinko, vice president and chief marketing officer for Farmer Boys. "We are celebrating this milestone by offering our superfans the opportunity to pay homage to Farmer Boys and get free burgers for a year!"
Last month, Farmer Boys permanently added Fried Chicken Sandwiches to its menu at all locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona. The classic fried chicken sandwich and a fiery fried chicken sandwich were instant favorites with Farmer Boys fans in November.
