9-1-1 season 4 episode 13 is set to arrive next week on Fox, with the title "Suspicion." This is going to be the penultimate and it will deliver intense moments to the team leading to the season finale. Aside from handing their latest mission this week, almost all of the characters deal with their personal issues.

In 9-1-1 season 4 episode 13, the members of the 118 will try to save a bridezilla at a disastrous wedding, as well as a mother who was trapped on her balcony. The team will likely be split into two and they'll do everything to make their rescue mission successful.

9-1-1 season 4 episode 13 also sees Hen Wilson (Aisha Hinds) trying to become a medical detective when her mother, Toni (Marsha Warfield), suddenly falls ill. Carla (Cocoa Brown), on the other hand, visited Eddie Diaz (Ryan Guzman) and his son, Christopher Diaz (Gavin McHugh.)

In addition, Maddie Buckley (Jennifer Love Hewitt) is struggling with the new chapter of her life as she adjusts to motherhood. She just gave birth to her baby with Chimney Han (Kenneth Choi), so she's still navigating her life with her newborn and her partner.

Elsewhere, a huge storyline coming for Athena Nash (Angela Bassett) in 9-1-1 season 4 episode 13 and could impact her relationship with Bobby Nash (Peter Krause). She discovered a secret her husband has been hiding from her -- putting their marriage in jeopardy.

There is a concern when it comes to Athena and Bobby's storyline, as the latter's secret could be the major reason for their fallout. It seems like whatever Bassett's character will uncover could potentially destroy their relationship.

Athena may feel that Bobby betrayed her since he didn't tell her the secret he's hiding. Their relationship faced a lot of trials in the past, but this might be the biggest one because it puts their marriage on the rocks. This storyline may further play out until the season finale.

Meanwhile, the procedural drama hasn't been officially renewed for season 5. The series is set to wrap up its final episode this May, so the announcement might be made a few weeks after the season 4 finale. Moreover, the future of the series still depends on the ratings.

Reportedly, the premiere of the fourth installment garnered 7 million viewers. Although it was deemed lower than the figures in the season 3 finale, it still brings impressive numbers on Monday's primetime. If ever it will be renewed for season 5, the procedural drama may come back in early 2022.

9-1-1 season 4 episode 13 airs on Monday, May 17, on Fox.
