In My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 8, Honenuki asked Iida if it was a good idea to use Recipro at the beginning of the fight. Little did he know that he was about to unleash his new ability, called Recipro Turbo, per IBTimes.
The latter was willing to do everything to make Class 1-A win and continued his attack for ten minutes. This led Honenuki to escape and run to Tetsutetsu and other players.
Iida started to look for him, thinking he might be preparing for a counterattack. Elsewhere, the other players were busy watching the fight from the big screen, while Uraraka was eager to see more of Iida and compared his speed to Gran Torino.
