The members of BTS spent years together even before their debut. They all trained under one space and lived under one roof.

It makes total sense why the septet shares close and tight relationships with one another. But, despite the closeness and strong links, fights are still apparent. Just like any siblings, arguments and misunderstandings among the team, also, exist.

When asked about it, the K-Pop idols did not hesitate to share their thoughts. In their previous interview with CNN Indonesia, they, also, revealed which of the members they always go to when resolving issues, according to Koreaboo.

Initially, the rest of the BTS stated that they go to RM, considering that he is their leader. But, aside from being the lead, the idols said that the rapper knows how to guide each of them, especially when difficulties arise.

Afterward, the "Dynamite" singers explained that they, also, do another essential thing to settle issues and problems. They admitted to sitting it all out together and talking about the matters at hand to understand the whole picture.

They continued that, rather than just talking to RM, they discuss every challenge and argument with one another as a group. Upon doing so, they would come up with the best solution that they could.

Back in 2018, Big Hit Entertainment CEO Bang Shihyuk shared with his audience how BTS copes up with their conflicts. He immediately explained how the members do it after a fan asked him about the subject.

He said that their company's culture is "there is no individual without the team." Accordingly, ensuring communication with everyone is a must.

The CEO, then, stated they "encourage them not to be afraid of fighting." They would tell them to fight if they are angry, adding that "even fist fights are fine."

He dove in deeper to his assertions, noting that "fearing fights only makes conflicts grow bigger." But, instead of a fight just between the two involved members, all of the seven of them must resolve the issue together.

Bang Shihyuk, later on, unveiled that all of the members of BTS always run to him after every fight. No matter how "impossibly embarrassing" things were, they go to him and tell him what their arguments were about, and how they resolved the issues.

He noted that these kinds of things are what strengthens the group's chemistry and synergy." As what leader RM would say, according to SBS, "teamwork makes the dream work."
