ITZY continues to promote their latest track collection, "Guess Who." It served as their official comeback for the year after making their last music release earlier in August.

As part of their promotional activities, the five K-Pop idols remain active in engaging and doing interviews. In one of their recent sit-down talks, Koreaboo said that they revealed their supposed other career plans outside JYP Entertainment.

The discussion came after one of the hosts asked the group whether they thought of leaving the agency even before their debut. The artists did not hesitate to respond and shared that they did, adding that they even had "tons of plans."

If JYP Entertainment would have chosen not to debut them, Ryujin said that becoming YouTubers is one of the things they thought of in the past. She explained that they would put out "mukbans and dance videos" on their channel catered to their viewers.

The rest of the ITZY members continued that they, also, thought of being picked up by other agencies. They said that "maybe another agency would try to scoop" them up, resulting in them creating a plan in picking "a place that will debut" them as soon as possible.

But, considering that they debuted under JYP Entertainment, they all now laugh about their supposed career goals outside the label. The publication, then, pointed out that the five-member group has even become one of today's most successful and famous K-Pop acts.

ITZY debuted in 2019, following TWICE's footsteps in 2015. Earlier that year, the group released their first album, It'z Different, with its lead single "Dalla Dalla" becoming a hit, causing them to quickly gain attention from the public.

The debut became a success and their music releases continued until last year. Before their official comeback in April, they celebrated their second anniversary and dropped a special feature track for their fandom, MIDZY.

ITZY officially returned to the K-Pop scene with their third extended play record, Guess Who. It houses a total of six songs, with "M.A.F.I.A. In The Morning" serving as the title track.

Soompi said that the five-member K-Pop group has soared to "new heights" upon the release of their mini-album. Aside from topping various global music charts, they, also, broke their own sales record.

Reports noted, as well, that the lead single in their latest track collection allowed them to appear on the Billboard 200 chart for the first time. The K-Pop idols have since expressed their gratitude and appreciation for all the support from their fans across the globe.
