MAMAMOO is gearing up for their official comeback this year. While they seemingly place their focus on their return to the music scene, some of the members remain active on their other ventures.

For Solar, she continues to upload content on her YouTube channel, "Solarsido." On Friday, a new video premiered, featuring her "strawberry mukbang."

AllKpop said that the K-Pop idol surprised many of her viewers and followers because of an unusual yet "interesting eating habit" of hers. As witnessed by the hundreds of thousands of individuals, she ate and swallowed strawberries as a whole, without removing the stem and leaves.

One of the people who was with Solar, and behind the camera asked her about the surprising habit. The question as to why she does not remove the green part of the strawberries did not shock her. Instead, she laughed a bit and revealed why she does it.

The MAMAMOO member confessed that she is "lazy." This, then, sent everyone in the room with her laughing.

Apart from the strawberry fruits, her latest mukbang video, also, features several other strawberry-infused snacks and goods. These include packs of strawberry milk from various brands and strawberry jams, as well as scones.

Mukbang videos are always apparent in Solar's YouTube channel. Apart from featuring different kinds of foods and drinks, she, also, uploads materials centering on her diet and workout routines.

Earlier in April, the MAMAMOO leader shared a video of her 5-minute workout. She claimed that the entire set may help "lose full body fat."

Solar noted, though, that the routines may seem difficult for some. But, she urged her viewers to do them "consistently" as it can help "make a beautiful body."

The exercises included in the set are side step squats, burpee push-ups, side lunges, full sit-up squats, high knees, overhead squats, arm-walking plank push-ups, and triceps push-ups. In the video, she did the set twice in five minutes, with a 60-second rest in between.

In other related news, MAMAMOO will release their 11th mini-albumWAW, on June 2. This is a follow-up to their last extended play record, Travel, which they dropped in 2020.

The upcoming track collection is, also, part of their three-part comeback series, according to Bandwagon Asia. As noted, the three significant events will coincide with the group's seventh anniversary.

The dates of the two other comeback projects remain undisclosed. But, the publication said that it will be a concert this summer and a documentary, featuring the members of MAMAMOO as they prepare for their comeback and debut anniversary.
