Kyoto Animation drops a new look at Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Season 2. After almost three years, fans will once again see Kobayashi return to the small screen, along with the gang.
The anime series has made a huge impact after it debuted in 2017. Finally, Kyoto Animation will drop its follow-up. So, what will Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Season 2 entail?
The studio is now celebrating the anime's nearing release by dropping new visuals to hype up the new season. In the first three trailers, fans have seen Kobayashi, Tohru, Kanna, Riko Saikawa, Lucoa and Shouat Magasutchi.
Now, the fourth teaser gives a glimpse of the returning characters, Fafnir and Makoto Takiya. According to Comicbook, the duo is a fan-favorite, so everyone must see their official return.

There will also be new additions fans are about to see in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Season 2 that viewers should watch out for. In addition, Crunchyroll noted that Japanese band fhána has also released a preview of their upcoming new song, "Ai no Supreme!"
This tune will serve as the opening theme of the anime's new season. The new short commercial gives a closer look to the B-part melody of the song, teasing a funky beat with more footage of the series.
The song will be officially out in Japan on July 14 and it will come with two variants. The first one will be an "artist edition," featuring the band, while the second one is an "anime edition" with the series' characters on the cover. Fans can have their copies of the album for only 1,320 yen or $12.22.
Aside from these teasers, there have been several character promotional videos that Kyoto Animation has dropped since December 2020, per AniTrendz. There is also a trailer that features voice actors' rapping in February 2021.
Both seasons of the series are based on the manga by Cookyousinnjya. The first season introduces fans to Kobayashi, an average office worker who has a boring life.
She is living alone in her small apartment and her adventure begins when she saves the life of a female dragon in distress. The dragon, named Tohru, has the ability to transform into a human girl, though without horns and a tail.
She will do anything to pay her gratitude to Kobayashi. The two become roommates and the dragon shows a persistent and amorous attitude that makes everything hard for Kobayashi.
Kobayashi's fun adventure will continue in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Season 2 when it drops in July.
