BLACKPINK has become one of the top music acts in the world. While they only debuted nearly five years ago, the group has gained massive success and popularity across the globe.

It, then, makes sense why their social media accounts are followed and subscribed to by millions of people. Most of these individuals even witnessed the username changes that the members did over the years.

However, not everyone knows the "process" that they K-Pop idols went through when it comes to their accounts, especially on Instagram. This is why Koreaboo released a report on the matter, revealing the changes that the four members had in their usernames.

Jennie, who now uses "jennierubyjane," only had one name change on her Instagram account. Based on the history provided by the platform, it appears that she utilized "jennierubyjanekim" when she created her page back in 2018.

As for Lisa, she has the most number of username changes since 2018. From "lalalalisa_a," "llalisallis_a," and "llalisallisa," she now uses "lalalalisa_m."

Rosé, on the other hand, did two alterations to her Instagram username. She first used "rosessunflowersandlillies" upon creating her account in 2018.

She, later on, changed it to "roses_sunflowers_and_lillies during the same year. But, the "On The Ground" singer ended up using "roses_are_rosie" as her official username.

Meanwhile, Jisoo, who uses "sooyaaa__," never once did any changes to her name. When she opened her Instagram account, this is the same username that she used.

Talking about the BLACKPINK members' Instagram accounts means discussing the numbers of their followers, as well. As per the list released by Seoul Space earlier this month, the four K-Pop idols are the "most followed" South Korean artists on the platform.

Among all, Lisa has the most number of people following her. As of the time of writing, the group rapper has over 52.9 million followers with a total of 697 posts.

Next to her is Jennie, who has 45.7 million followers. She has a total of 742 posts, wherein she features some of her latest shoots and behind-the-scenes projects.

On the third spot, Rosé takes the place with her 41.2 million followers. The total number of posts that she has is 671.

As for Jisoo, she currently has 41 million followers with a total of 661 posts. The publication said that the estimated cost of each of her sponsored posts is around $160,000.

On YouTube, the BLACKPINK members' personal accounts are, also, some of the "most subscribed" channels in the world of K-Pop. Lisa and Jennie are on top of the list.

As for Rosé, who just recently launched her own channel, she quickly climbs up the charts, and now belongs in the top ten. Meanwhile, Jisoo has yet to create her own page on the platform.

The group's official YouTube account is, also, beating other artists' on the global charts. They are currently the second most followed channel with 61.5 million subscribers.
