"My Hero Academia" Season 5 has officially begun its second cour and given everyone a good look at the new set of villains coming to the series. A new arc has now started and though the Endeavor Agency arc comes first, the much-awaited Meta Liberation Army arc will eventually make its way to the series.
There has been a switch-up, but fans do not have to worry as their much-awaited storyline about the villains will also be seen in "My Hero Academia" Season 5. This arc is being teased as early as now, in fact, Comicbook noted.
The second cour's new opening theme sequence focuses on the Endeavor Agency arc. It shows Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki have now started working under Endeavor.
However, it already showed some scenes and cameos that hinted at the Meta Liberation Army arc's coming. As early as now, it already gave a glimpse of the Meta Liberation Army members, along with the returning League of Villains.
To strengthen the evidence about this arc, which fans dubbed as the My Villain Academia arc, is the first glimpse of Shigaraki in the middle of destruction. As seen in Episode 14, Hawks had successfully invaded a mysterious group planning to make an evil move in a few months.
According to The Cinemaholic, in "My Hero Academia" Season 5 Episode 15, Endeavor will task his assistants to train the new interns. However, after understanding the full extent of Hawks' message and what is at stake, Endeavor will decide to teach the young heroes himself instead.
The Liberation Army has more than a hundred thousand members, so the heroes need anyone that they can have to fight them. This is probably why the Commission requested the U.A. Academy to send in its students for some hero studies.
So, by the looks of it, the next few chapters will be challenging for Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki as they are about to begin their training. Though Endeavor has already changed, he may still be hard to these three as a taskmaster.
He is known for being demanding to his students to hone their talents more and bring out the very best in them. Fortunately, these three can effortlessly thrive under these conditions.
Though they will see each other as competitors - trying their best to be better than the other--it is for the good of everyone. In addition, Hawks may also attend a meeting with the League of Villains here.
"My Hero Academia" Season 5 Episode 15 will be released July 11 after a one-week delay.
