Fans are now loving "Rick and Morty" Season 5, though it has only featured two episodes so far. With Mr. Nimbus' arrival and the Decoy Problem, it looks like there are just some of the incredible storylines fans are about to see.

The Smith family has officially begun their new adventure, but this is just the beginning. In an interview with Variety, co-creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland tease there will be "more sanity" coming on the famous clan's way in "Rick and Morty" Season 5.

"This season, we have a lot of really fun evergreen classic Rick and Morty adventures," Roiland says.

He continues to tease that they will continue to add some "cool larger serialized stuff" this season that they will try to hit. Roiland, who also voices Rick and Morty, expresses his excitement over their plan - saying Season 5 is one the better seasons they have made so far.

"I believe that Season 5 doesn't see very much of the space Beth versus domestic Beth kind of concept," Harmon chimes in. "But I also get a little tripped up when we're writing Season 7, editing Season 6, and sound mixing on Season 5."

He adds the current season may or may not have an intentional break, but if it happens, the sixth season will be a "season of pickup in that." However, as far as the macro canonical stuff is concerned, there will be a significant to-do in the fifth season.

Although Harmon is too careful not to give anything away, he hints at much insane stuff coming fans' way. There will be some gems that people may hate or love as it remains to be seen how they will react.

Meanwhile, Harmon also explained the idea for the Decoy family, Comicbook noted. He says it used to be just a figment of imagination in the writer's room until it turns into a complete episode.

Their first plan is to make sure the decoys are different from other science-fiction elements that show has featured before, like the androids, clones and others. Writer Albro Lundy explains he finds it much more remarkable to explore the idea's anthology version that tackles the mystery of the decoy killer.

It then follows the discovery's fallout that these decoys are just left killing each other. When it comes to doing it in an entire episode, they sure know that there will be many questions that will arise.

However, they still find it a fun activity to explore how the family will respond to the situation differently while they stay in character. By the looks of it, this part of the story shows everyone on Earth is a decoy and the real Smith family is in space with Space Beth.

"Rick and Morty" Season 5 airs every Sunday.
