Britney Spears is getting the support of her other conservator, Jodi Montgomery. In her fight against her father, Montgomery promised to do everything to help the pop diva.

A source told People Britney is "happy" with Montgomery as her conservator. Montgomery is now fighting for the 39-year-old star - helping her go against Jamie as the case about her conservatorship continues.

The insider said the Pop Princess is now doing well. She is even excited to see how things will work out as they move forward.

Britney is also happy that Montgomery is "pushing back against Jamie's claims." "She feels like Jodi is very supportive," the tipster said.

Montgomery's lawyer, Lauriann Wright, criticized Jamie for blaming her client for Britney's alleged bad treatment under her conservatorship.

"It is ironic that Mr. Spears now wants the conservatorship to 'reflect her wishes,' since it is no secret that Ms. Spears has wished her father out of her life for years," the court document filed Friday read.

The source added Montgomery had been working hard to fulfill Britney's wishes to stop her conservatorship. She promised to do everything in her power to help her client be free and out of her court-appointed guardianship.

Montgomery also sees how unfair Britney's situation is and knows it is not right. Until now, the insider said Britney still has no contact with her dad.

Montgomery alleged Jamie used more than $2 million of Britney's money to defend himself to remain as the conservator of her estate. She also slammed Jamie to claim that she never let him talk to his daughter or get involved in any of her decisions regarding her conservatorship.

Montgomery said in the court documents that it would be impossible for Jamie not to know anything about his daughter's life for the past 21 months since it involved a lot of money. It was also the time she became Britney's conservator.

"No expenditures can happen without going through Mr. Spears," she added. "Not every requested expenditure has been approved, leading to some of the concerns raised by Ms. Spears June 23, 2021."

Montgomery and Jamie should be working together to make sure Britney would get her best interest. She has to recover, terminate her conservatorship and is living the best life possible.

However, Montgomery said Jamie is starting to blame others and attacking the media instead of doing these things. The attorney had already filed a petition for a guardian ad litem, a third-party advocate, to help Britney begin selecting her own layer without needing to undergo a medical evaluation after her longtime court-appointed lawyer Sam Ingham II resigned.
