However, according to Comicbook, it has nothing to do with it. If the rumors are true, it is a type of Instinct class with a Japanese name that translates to Wagamama no Gokui.
In English, there are theories that it is called Instinct of Conquest or Conquest Instinct. The name is similar to Goku's Ultra Instinct, but many hope it will be unique, though the boost is one-half of the same power as the protagonist.
