Rimuru may finally face Clayman in a one-on-one battle in "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2 Episode 21. The Walpurgis is about to begin and here, the executives and three Beasketeers will try to put the Clayman's army down.
Rimuru will be entering the Walpurgis banquet with Shion while the rest of the demon lords will be waiting for them. It will be the first time that the demon lords will be attending this event, along with Leon Cromwell.
However, according to Recent Highlight, Clayman has a plan behind this gathering that involves all the demon lords. He wants to call out Rimuru and let the other demon lords destroy him.

"That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2 Episode 21 will be covering the manga's Chapter 81, titled "The White King." Here, Adalman will make his debut appearance.
Shion, Souei and Hakurou will go deep to Clayman's domain to see the base. However, an army of the undead will welcome them amid the thick smoke in the area.
The undead army is Clayman's main force that protects the base. Thousands of them will attack Hakurou and Souei and they continuously rise in numbers despite being destroyed.
Shuna will do her best to save them, though she will decide to face Adalman alone. From here, their fight will officially begin.
Will she win over Adalman? Meanwhile, Rimuru has gained a new set of unique skills after awakening as a true demon lord.
In "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2 Episode 20, Midday faced Suphia and Gabiru. He dominated his enemies without sweat. Elsewhere, Albis and Yamza also had a gruesome battle, The Cinemaholic noted.
Albis strongly believed he was as good as Yamza, so he created a doppelganger to finish the fight. However, knowing Albis was only holding back, he had unleashed his real ability and put Clayman's best warrior in just one swift attack.
But when he decided to give up, Clayman used his dark abilities to force him to ingest an unknown substance. He later transformed into a Charybdis.
Fortunately, Benimaru arrived when the gruesome creature was about to destroy the battlefield. With just one blow, he managed to defeat the monster.
Rimuru's forces celebrated, while Footman the Angry Pierrot and Tear the Teardrop had also got the best of Phobio and Geld. The intense fights will continue when "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2 Episode 21 drops on Tuesday, Aug. 31.
