TVING has dropped a new set of photos of its upcoming drama, "Yumi's Cells." As the show is now building hype, fans are now looking forward to seeing Kim Go-eun and SHINee's Minho on the small screen together.

The photos tease the incredible chemistry between Kim Go-eun and Minho as they play the characters of Yumi and Woo Gi. By the looks of it, "Yumi's Cells" will give birth to a new love story that fans will keep an eye on.

In one of the snaps, as obtained by AllKpop, Woo Gi can be seen leaning on Yumi's desk while she is busy working. He gives him the sweetest smile as he looks down at her, while Yumi gives him a questionable stare.

In another, Yumi gives Woo Gi a sly smile as they seem to be in a middle of a sweet conversation. Woo Gi seems to try to maintain eye contact, while he can't remove the grin on his face.

In "Yumi's Cells," Kim Go-eun will be playing the titular role of Yumi, a woman who finds it hard to express her feelings. Minho, on the other hand, will portray the character of Chae Woo Gi, Yumi's younger colleague-a handsome, talented and caring young man.

Meanwhile, talking about his inclusion in the series, Minho said he was eager to be part of the drama adaptation of the famed webtoon, Soompi noted. He, then, talked about his role and revealed Woo Gi would always be Yumi's source of strength.

He has an upstanding and innocent character who strives to work hard at everything he does. Though the series is yet to be out, Minho added fans should keep their eyes on the combination of the cute cells and cast's great acting skills.

This way, they would enjoy the drama more. "I hope that this fall, you'll be able to find healing through 'Yumi's Cells,'" he said.

Meanwhile, TVING's new drama is based on the webtoon of the same name by Donggun Lee. It follows Yumi, an ordinary office worker, who has thousands of little blue-hooded cells that control his every mood, thought and emotion.

Lee Sang-yeo directs the new drama, while Kim Yoon-joo and Kim Kyung-ran handle the screenplay, The Independent Singapore noted. The show now builds hype with the number of teasers and posters the network has dropped, giving everyone a glimpse of what they are about to see.

"Yumi's Cells" will start to hit the small screen on Friday, Sept. 17, at 10:50 p.m. KST on TVING and tvN.
