Tanjiro Kamado will soon return to the small screen with the upcoming release of "Demon Slayer" Season 2. After the mega-successful "Demon Slayer: Mugen Train," Tanjiro and the rest of the gang are about to continue their story on TV.

It has been known that "Demon Slayer" Season 2 will feature the Entertainment District arc. However, it is only the basic details known about the new season and there are more to come that fans need to see.

According to Epic Dope, the new season will not just start with the Entertainment District arc. It will first feature Tanjiro visiting Rengoku's house to say his last words.

However, there is a big surprise that he is about to see in his home. The Flame Hashira's recorded sorry reveals he cannot help him anymore.

From here, there will be a four-month timejump, showing Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke undergoing intense training. Next, it will feature Tengen, who has a bad image after almost kidnapping girls from the Butterfly Mansion.

Though the man has no tact, he needs Tanjiro and friends for a mission and he will try to prove his worth this time. Can he make it in "Demon Slayer" Season 2?

In addition, the new season will also delve into Akaza's case. The Upper 3 will meet Muzan, along with Tanjiro's lost black sword.

But instead of getting a reward, he will be punished for failing to kill all the demon hunters. From here, more enemies are about to appear as Tanjiro will decide to help Tengen with his mission.

As the movie did not fully adapt the Mugen Train arc's last chapters, it might be featured in the second season to set the mystery that would begin the Entertainment District arc. However, this might only be a single episode as Tengen would soon make his appearance.

Meanwhile, IBTimes noted fans might soon know the official release date of "Demon Slayer" Season 2 this September. Twitter user Animetv_jp announced the upcoming TV broadcast of "Demon Slayer: Mugen Train" in Japan on Sept. 25.

The tweet also revealed there would be more information about the much-awaited new season on the movie's release and it even hinted a "release date might be announced." By the looks of it, fans would soon see Tanjiro and company back on the small screen.

Multiple reports revealed "Demon Slayer" Season 2 would be out sometime in October. This leak seemed to align with the anime's alleged October launch window.
