Royal biographer Andrew Morton made a new claim about Prince Harry and Prince William's feud that led to the Sussexes' royal exit. Allegedly, the Duke of Cambridge treated his younger brother and his wife, Meghan Markle, poorly when they were still in the U.K.

Morton updates Meghan's biography, "Meghan: A Hollywood Princess," and adds in six new chapters that delve into Prince William and Prince Harry's infamous feud and its impact on the former actress. Here, he reveals the real stand of the Sussexes and Cambriges' alleged real relationship.

The author first explores the Duchess of Sussex's claim in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that the Palace did not mind her well-being. In the contrary, the writer reveals it made her welfare its priority back then by monitoring different social media accounts and posts to report any violent threats to the police, The Mirror noted.

However, what caused the said misunderstanding in the Palace, reportedly, involved Kate Middleton's coolness toward Meghan and Prince Willian's allegedly bulling. From here, a so-called "Cain and Abel" fallout between the two brothers began.

"Harry was the 'prime mover' in souring relations between the Sussexes and the Royal Family,
Morton wrote, per Yahoo! "But it was Meghan who 'took the hit.'"

Anyhow, the royal family quickly shut the rumors down with Prince Harry and Prince William releasing a rare joint statement, via BBC, to clear their names. They called the reports of a U.K. newspaper about their relationship a "false story."

However, Morton himself did not reveal the source behind all his claims or any evidence that would support his assertions. Meanwhile, royal author Robert Lacey also claimed that Prince William "threw Prince Harry out" in a fight over the bullying claims made against Duchess of Sussex.

The historian alleged the future king was mad after learning her sister-in-law's former communications secretary filed a complaint against her. He, allegedly, tried to call his brother, but he just hung up on him.

This, then, led to a so-called feud between the two and the fury was, allegedly, so great the Duke of Cambridge split his household from Prince Harry's all together, The Times cited. A source close to the Sussexes told Lacey that Prince William was the one who threw Prince Harry out. However, as the royal brothers remain mum about the real reason for their feud, fans should take these claims with a grain of salt.
