G-Dragon is about to unveil the second collaboration between his brand PEACEMINUSONE and Nike, called Kwondo1. The shoes take inspiration from the sports brand's signature soccer shoes and classic golf wear that is about to be out soon.

G-Dragon's Kwondo1 uses white leather as part of its aesthetics, making it the classic pair that many sought to have. The name itself comes from South Korea's famous sport, taekwondo, combined with "1" from his brand's name, PEACEMINUSONE.

The shoes also present ideas from the Air Force 1 Para-Noise, which is Nike and PEACEMINUSONE's first collaboration work. It bears an all-white design, which seems to derive from many influences.

Sneaker News noted that the brogue detailing on its upper side is a direct nod to the pair of classic dress shoes. On its lower side, the sole features a small platform and a clean exterior similar to the Margom soles used on luxury sneakers.

Lastly, its fringe-less kiltie covers the lace unit that acts as a shield and a stage for the PEACEMINUSONE logo. It also has additional branding on the lace tips, insole and heel tab. Before G-Dragon will unveil this new style, he first released the shoes' limited-edition friends and family pairs in different colorways, per Hypebeast.

Just like the more limited Para-Noise, Kwondo1 also comes in brighter colors. It has green, yellow, blue and pink that alternate across the right and left foot, putting accent to the pure white colorway of the brogue detailing.

The sole also has a yellow finish that looks like the old vintage offerings. Limited to only 111 pairs, the F&F colorway may not be made available to the public. Alternatively, the Triple White colorway will make its debut soon.

Meanwhile, talking about his collaboration with Nike, the BIGBANG member said in a press release that he wanted to feel freedom in everything he would do, AllKpop cited. With his success, he now hoped everyone who felt like they could not live up to the expectation could break free from whatever was holding them down. He also wanted others who felt life was too much to find their own paths soon.

He added he wanted to feel free with the way he clothed himself and the style he chose. With the said, G-Dragon hoped he hoped everyone could overcome stereotypes and feel free in their own way by wearing his Kwondo 1, which would drop on Dec. 3 on Nike SKNRS.
