Prince William and Kate Middleton began their relationship in the early 2000s. They officially tied the knot in 2011, and have since maintained a happy and fruitful marriage, alongside their three children.
But, despite being together for a long time now, the Duke of Cambridge seemingly continues to prove his love for his wife. He even recently fulfilled a three-year promise to the Duchess of Cambridge, according to Express UK.
The publication said that the future King embarked on a five-day royal tour in Jordan in June 2018. It was two months after the future Queen Consort had Prince Louis. So, she was not able to go on the said trip.
Prince William reportedly revealed then that Kate Middleton was "upset" because her husband was flying to Jordan without her. As the public would recall, the young Catherine lived in the country for nearly three years, between 1984 and 1987.
The Middletons previously shared a photo of that time, showing the now-royal, Pippa, and their father in the city of Jerash.
In his 2018 visit, the Wales Prince went to the same city and posed for a photo in the same spot, where the Middletons took the photo three decades ago. Upon taking the picture, he reportedly said that he needs to "come back with the family" to take another shot.
In October 2021, the public spotted Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Heathrow Airport, along with the three young Cambridge royals. It was not disclosed where the family was going until recently when they dropped their official Christmas card.
As reported, the five British Royals spent the half-term holidays in Jordan. It had been a little over three years since the Duke of Cambridge remarked that he needed to return with the rest of his family.
They had their photos taken during the trip and used one of them for their holiday card.
Prince William and Kate Middleton dropped the card on December 10. It seemingly attracted the attention of the public, not only because of the "promise" the Duke had fulfilled but, due to the "Easter eggs" it entailed, as well.
People recently released a report, pointing out the "hidden messages" in the family's official Christmas greeting.
As noted, the five Cambridge Royals were all wearing casual ensembles. The future King was even in a pair of shorts, which is a "rare" sighting for the public.
There is, also, the subtle "PDA" between the future King and Queen Consort. In the photo, the royal-born Prince places his hand on his wife's knee, and she does the same to her husband.
