Prince William told their audience not to give Kate Middleton "any ideas" about having another baby. The royal couple was at Clitheroe Community Hospital in Lancashire when the future King teased his wife.

Page Six said that staffers swooned over the Duchess of Cambridge as she cradled a baby in her arms. But, the first joke was not enough as the Duke of Cambridge made another quip, telling the mother of his three kids not to take the onlooker's child with her.

The publication, later on, recalled the time when Kate Middleton opened about the possibility of having a new addition to their family. She reportedly told one of their audiences about her thoughts of Prince William not wanting any more children.

The royal fan, then-25-year-old Josh Macpalce, shared what the Duchess of Cambridge had revealed to him. Reports noted that the engagement took place outside Bradford City Hall in England earlier in 2020.

Meanwhile, the case is different for the future Queen Consort. A source previously shared with Us Weekly that the royal would love to have one more child with her husband.

A different insider echoed the assertion, saying that having four kids was "always a part of Kate's plan." It was, also, alleged that Queen Elizabeth II would be "overjoyed" should another baby join the British Royal Family.

But, Prince William reportedly believed that three children is "more than enough" for him and his wife. Even so, reports said that this is not to say he does not enjoy fatherhood.

In one of his previous interviews, the Duke of Cambridge revealed that having children has changed him. He asserted that he has become "more emotional" than he used to be, adding that he has gotten "too wound up or worried about things."

As a father, he said that he "wells up a little more," and gets affected "by the sort of things that happen around the world or whatever a lot more." Moreover, "it puts all in perspective," noting that the idea of not seeing your children grow up is horrible, according to Hello! magazine.

Whatever the case, though, it remains unknown whether Prince William and Kate Middleton will still have another child. While rumors of them planning a fourth pregnancy continue to develop these past few years, the two royals have yet to make an official comment.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wedded in 2011 and welcomed their third child in 2018. They now share three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
