Kate Middleton has a "strict rule" that all staff members of the Cambridge household must follow. It is said that she has "zero-tolerance" for gossiping, and it is a part of the policies.

The International News reported that the said rule emerged from a previous job advertisement on the official website of the Royal Household. It reportedly states that gossiping is prohibited, and applicants must be good at "maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion."

The outlet asserted that it is only fitting, considering the royals' staff are "held to the highest standard."

The Sun, later on, released a similar report, revealing that this is not the only rule that Kate Middleton and Prince William instill on their staff members. As claimed, their children's nannies even have their own set of policies to follow as they manage the three young Cambridge Royals.

Speaking to the Mirror, Norland expert Louise Herren shared that Norland nannies are "banned" from using some words inside the household. They are not allowed to say "kids" when calling the children as they must use their actual names at all times.

Herren explained that this is a "mark of respect for the children as individuals."

In relation to Kate Middleton and Prince William's three children, the Duchess of Cambridge herself has a few rules she follows, according to Marie Claire. This all reportedly has something to do with her and her husband's parenting style, which is "strict but very loving."

Insiders claimed that one of the rules is encouraging her children to go outside. The future Queen Consort seemingly confirmed it during an interview with Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast.

She said that she is "happiest" when they are all outside as a family, and all are "filthy dirty."

Another rule that Kate Middleton allegedly has for herself when it comes to her children is being a "present parent." As noted, she likes to keep an "ordinary life" for herself and her children, and being a hands-on parent is part of it.

This is why they are said to eat breakfast together as a family. On top of that, she and Prince William do school pick-ups in the afternoon.

The third rule on her list is reportedly making time for family fun. Sources claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge always ensure their children's activities are enjoyable.

The outlet, then, said that this can be seen in the video of the royal couple in celebration of their tenth wedding anniversary. The material shows that the family of five is doing fun activities, like roasting marshmallows, climbing trees, and going up the dunes on the beach.
