Many are still waiting for the coming of "Hospital Playlist" Season 3. Though the director himself said it might not happen, the cast members remain hopeful about it.
One of them is Yoo Yun Suk. Sure, he knows making "Hospital Playlist" Season 3 is difficult, but he is still willing to do it.
In an interview for the movie "Vanishing," via AllKpop, the 37-year-old actor said if a new season were to be produced, he would surely participate in it. However, he cleared there were no solid plans for a new installment yet and it might not be easy to do another season.
The actors who fans saw as interns, residents and supporting characters are now all busy doing other projects. So, it would be hard work to gather them all to do another season.
"However, everyone is begging director Shin Won Ho to do a season 3, but there is no specific plan yet," he continued. It was not the first time a cast member talked about "Hospital Playlist" Season 3.
In fact, Jung Kyung Ho shared a photo of the show's cast that sent fans into a frenzy in February. Of course, this made everyone believe there would be a new season and they were probably working on it.
The group was wearing their signature scrubs and coats, seeming to be having a conversation like they did in the show. Kim Daemyung also posted the same photo, along with his selfie, showing their reunion.
As fans, the cast showed their interest in doing another season, per Inquirer Pop. However, its production team is yet to confirm the possibility of its coming.
Shin Won Ho admitted there were still a lot of stories to tell for each character, but he could not deny the fact that it was exhausting to do the series. With that said, the third season might not happen anytime soon.
Though he seemed willing to do so, he was having some difficulties deciding for everyone if he would continue the story.
In fact, the original plan was to do a show for three years. However, he told the cast they were not tied to do the new season and could freely accept other projects.
Anyhow, he gave everyone hope when he said they could do it if they could still return "later," but cleared there were no specific plans for "Hospital Playlist" Season 3 right now.
