Charlie Puth finally confirmed his collaboration with the BTS member Jungkook. In a post on TikTok on Thursday, June 16, the "Light Switch" hitmaker let the cat out of the bag, but he had one request for fans.

Charlie Puth's collab song with Jungkook is titled "Left and Right" and it might be out on June 24 if fans would help him pre-save the song. Knowing many have been looking forward to this teamwork, it seems the track's release schedule is already set.

The American singer has long been teasing his collaboration with one of the septet. In the clip, via AllKpop, he called up the 24-year-old idol and asked him to sing some lines from the new track.

Of course, the K-pop star gladly obeyed and pulled it off without a sweat. The video ended with a short audio snippet of the song and the "We Don't Talk Anymore" singer swore it was "going to be crazy."

Anyhow, "Left and Right" still needs 500,000 pre-saves to drop on June 24, so fans shall be ready. Pre-save is like pre-ordering a song, which will automatically be added to the users' list if done.

Soompi noted the track would be part of Charlie Puth's upcoming album, "Charlie." The two stars previously collaborated for a special performance at the MBC Plus X Genie Music Awards in Korea in 2018.

However, long before the 30-year-old made the revelation, he had already announced his upcoming work with BTS in an interview with KIIS FM Wangto Tango 2022. At the time, he was asked if he would have a new project with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook.

He then explained that he heard his work with the group, too, and no one from his camp knew when it would be out. "We legitimately have no idea the day it comes out, we do, but we just figured it out," he continued.

When the host confirmed his collab with BTS, he made a face, sighed relief, and made a clever move. As expected, fans celebrated this confirmation.

Aside from Charlie Puth, Snoop Dogg also confirmed his upcoming collaboration with BTS, per Hindustan Times. In an interview with The AV Club, he said it was "official like a referee with a whistle, but he would let the group tell fans about it.

However, he teased that it would be "good music and it was a vibe." As he praised the band for making good songs, he added that they ended up doing "this" and it was all about bringing their worlds together.
