It has been three months since Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin tied the knot, dubbed the "Wedding of the Century." As their marriage remains the talk of the town, soloist Paul Kim recalls the experience of singing for the couple.

Paul Kim performed his hit song "Every Day, Every Moment" at Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's wedding. Though he rarely sings for wedding events, he revealed why he did it this time and many found his reason very relatable.

In his appearance in JTBC's "Magic 2022 and on MBC radio's "2PM Date," the 34-year-old star talked about the one-of-a-kind experience, Koreaboo noted. He revealed he would usually "turn down invitations to sing at a wedding," considering it made him extremely nervous.

However, there are exceptions. He tends to do it if he's very close to the couple getting married, as the song has to come from the bottom of his heart because he doesn't want to mess up.

But when Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin reached out to him, he quickly said yes, not wanting to miss out on the opportunity. He later cleared that he had no previous connection with either the bride or the groom.

"I didn't think twice," he said. "I absolutely wanted to go."

He explained that he agreed to do it without hesitation because he wanted "to see the celebrities." Though singing in front of the two, along with their VIP guests, made him nervous, he said he couldn't have been more thrilled to sing at their ceremony.

More than singing for the event, he also wanted to be there and watch them exchange their vows. "It was an honor," he continued. Talking about the experience, he said the famous actors and directors in the front row made his stint more "nerve-cracking."

The whole thing felt surreal, making him feel like he was watching a movie. With that said, he couldn't believe he was there to sing. After the episodes aired, netizens couldn't help but laugh and relate to Paul Kim's revelations.

Meanwhile, Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin got married in March. They then went to the U.S. for their honeymoon and after a few weeks following their return to South Korea, rumors have it the "Thirty-Nine" star was already pregnant, per India Today.

The rumors began when the actress posted pictures of herself on Instagram, wearing a flowy white dress. Seeing her attire was loose, it quickly resulted in assumptions that she was hiding a baby bump. However, Son Ye Jin's agency quickly denied the claims.
