The upcoming "One Piece" Episode 1024 will mostly focus on the Nine Red Scabbards as they return to the battlefield. But aside from the squad, it looks like their lord, Oden, has come back and brought back to life.

Is that mysterious figure waiting for them outside the room they awoke in Oden? Will Oden join them in their battle in "One Piece" Episode 1024?

Chopper and Yakuza have successfully dealt with the Ice Oni virus, so these two can now take a little break from the fight. Thanks to the Strawhat doctor, Hyogoro and the rest of the Live Floor have been cured of the virus.

Now, the upcoming episode will shift its focus to something else. Odens seems to have come back to life and Episode 1024 will explain how it's even possible.

Everyone is puzzled to see Oden alive, knowing the Daimyo died 20 years ago at the Legendary Hour to protect his people and allies. Sure, they're happy to see him back, but they cannot help but feel something off.

SportsKeeda noted the Scabbards would try to figure out if the Oden they're seeing is real or not in "One Piece" Episode 1024. By the looks of it, even the anime fans are confused about Oden's sudden return, though manga readers probably know the story behind it.

Meanwhile, "One Piece" Episode 1023 saw Chopper's antidote effective after testing it on himself, per Coming Soon. Miyagi and Tristan started preparing to cure everyone with the medicine.

While doing this, Marco faced King and Queen, while Apoo witnessed how Hyogoro put a lot of subordinates down. Yatappe found it hard to use his blade on Hyogoro.

He couldn't help but cry while Queen's men started to ask why they were also affected by the virus. Queen explained they were easily expendable, so they might also die if need be.

Fortunately, Chopper came and stopped Yatappe from decapitating Hyogro and gave the latter the antidote, making him return to normal. He then used a canon to administer the cure to everyone affected.

Everyone's healing dismayed Queen, so he confronted Chopper about it. Chopper was mad at Queen's carelessness, saying he shouldn't use the virus as a weapon.

Elsewhere, the battle continued on the rooftop and Kinemon woke up in one of the castle's rooms. He saw Kiku and the rest of the Akazaya Nine.

Their wounds were bandaged and Kawamatsu tried to remember who had given them the first aid. Kinemon told everyone the battle was ongoing and they should help out.

But as they were about to leave the room, Oden suddenly appeared and greeted all of them. What happens next can be seen when "One Piece" Episode 1024 drops on Sunday, July 10.
