So in no time, fans will finally hear what Girls' Generation has to offer this time. Meanwhile, as part of the celebration, the "Girls" hitmaker released their own reality show, "So Shi Tam Tam," this July.
It would feature Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona and Seohyun doing a variety of formats, from a reality show to a game show to a documentary.
In an interview, Tiffany stated the members, the agency and the production team became one and poured in all their energy and time to prepare and produce the series for fans to see after five years of waiting.
Sooyoung, alternatively, said she wanted to gift fans a variety show that only featured them. As fans responded positively, she revealed she was very grateful for that.
Lastly, YoonA added they, too, were excited and anticipating their reunion. She wanted to see their fans sooner after waiting for them for years with the same support as before.
So, what could fans expect from the series? Seohyun explained that viewers could see their "natural and unfiltered selves" and their energy that she likened to a beagle when they were together.
YoonA added fans would also see a "more mature" side of them. To tease fans more, Tiffany claimed the set's atmosphere was always "overflowing with energy and endless laughter."
In addition, Sooyoung teased it would be the fans' chance to see Girls' Generation's "honest broadcast," while Tiffany added they would get to know how they had changed over the years.
But if there's one thing viewers have to watch out for, YoonA revealed it's their incredible chemistry, while Seohyun said it's the members' individual charms. Girls' Generation's "So Shi Tam Tam" airs every Tuesday on JTBC.
