BLACKPINK is about to drop their new single, "Pink Venom," making fans more excited about their much-anticipated comeback. After the success of the release of their new music video, "Ready for Love," and in time for the celebration of their sixth anniversary, a new track is coming.

BLACKPINK announced the coming of "Pink Venom" on Sunday, August 7, and it would be part of their forthcoming second album, "Born Pink." So, when will it finally drop?

Billboard noted the new track would be out on Friday, August 19, at 12 a.m. EST or 1 p.m. KST. The song is now available for pre-save; click here.

For starters, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa announced the coming of "Born Pink" by dropping a 30-second trailer. The clip details the group's much-awaited new album and world tour.

"Bork Pink" will officially be released in September, followed by a series of concerts around the world in October. Unfortunately, the girls are yet to formally announce the concert dates.

Meanwhile, "Pink Venom" arrival comes after the release of the "Ready for Love" music video. The quartet gave a first glimpse of the track in a recent in-game concert in collaboration with PUBG Mobile, titled "The Virtual."

It featured BLACKPINK performing a series of their hit songs through virtual versions of themselves. The virtual concert let their fans be part of the show as they watched their avatars.

After teasing "Ready for Love," the girls officially dropped its music video on July 29. Since then, the song has been making new records on YouTube.

AllKpop cited that the track just hit another milestone by becoming the biggest weekly debut by a female K-pop artist this year with 43.7 million views. As of this writing, it has more than 50 million views and it's expected to grow as the day goes by.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is celebrating their sixth debut anniversary on Monday, August 8, and the members are now commemorating this major milestone on Instagram. They also shared photos of them together and greeted themselves and their fans.

Jennie announced it was their birthday together and greeted a happy sixth anniversary to BLACKPINK and BLINKs, teasing that there would be more good news for everyone. In her own post, Lisa said she couldn't live without her fellow members and added this year would be a big one for them.

Rosé wrote a lengthy note, congratulating the group and remembering the training, promoting and creating memories together for the last six years. She then thanked Lisa, Jisoo and Jennie for being her co-members and family and, of course, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to their fans. Lastly, Jisoo wrote a simple happy sixth anniversary and called BLACKPINK her beloved forever.
