OK! magazine claimed that the couple was "fighting nonstop" over their shared media company, Hello Sunshine. An alleged source even said they had become more like business partners than a husband and wife the older they got.
With the $900 million sale of the company, the insider added that their so-called divorce had "a lot of money at stake." So, did this pile of cash tear their 11-year marriage?

And by December of the said year, they were engaged. Come March 2011, they tied the knot on Reese Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, California. Jim Toth quickly developed a strong bond with her two kids, Deacon and Ava Phillippe, from her previous relationship with Ryan Phillippe, to whom she was married from 1999 to 2008.
They then welcomed their own child, Tennessee James, in September 2012. Though they like to keep their romance private, they have a lot of loving moments in public.
In March 2022, they celebrated their 11th anniversary, and to mark the occasion, Reese Witherspoon shared three loving pictures on Instagram. She greeted Jim Toth with a happy anniversary, calling their 11 years together full of adventures, love, and laughter. "I feel so lucky to share this wonderful life with you," she said.
