Brad Pitt's representative released a statement to answer Angelina Jolie's recent allegations against her ex-husband on her countersuit filed Tuesday, October 4. The actress alleged the "Bullet Train" physically hurt her and "choked" and "struck" some of their kids on their infamous private plane flight in 2016.

Jolie's latest accusations came as they battled over the sale of her shares in their joint French winery, Chateau Miraval. Pitt's camp called the allegations "completely untrue."

For starters, the 58-year-old actor charged his ex-wife in February, claiming they both agreed that neither would sell their stakes in the winery without the other's consent. The famed humanitarian reportedly sold half of the winery to Tenute del Mondo, Stoli Group's subsidiary, controlled by the Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler, in 2021.

In her countersuit, obtained by The New York Times, Jolie asserted there was never a deal between her and Pitt, and she sold her part of the winery to be financially independent from the film producer. It was also her move to have "peace and closure" to the "deeply painful and traumatic" chapter of her and their kids' lives.

The "Maleficent" star also detailed the incident between her, Pitt, and their kids on the private plane that forced him to file for divorce. In the counterclaim titled "Why Jolie Separated from Pitt," the document alleged that the "Fight Club" lead got into an argument with one of their children, who were only between the ages of eight and 15 at the time.

Jolie continued that Pitt verbally attacked her, "pulled" her into the bathroom, grabbed her by the head, and shook her. He grabbed her shoulders, shook her again, and pushed her into the bathroom wall.

The court document also revealed Pitt "choked" one of his children and "struck another on the face." Some kids begged their father to stop, while many were crying. "They were all frightened," it read.

So, to deny all the claims, Pitt's representative issued a statement to CNN. The rep said Jolie's story continuously evolves by telling "new, unsubstantiated claims" each time.

The agent continued that Pitt had acknowledged his mistake, taking responsibility for what he did. However, he would never be responsible for the things he didn't do that Jolie alleged, citing the "new allegations are completely untrue."

A redacted FBI report revealed the agent provided the United States Attorney's Office copies of the "probable cause statement related to the incident." Pitt wasn't arrested or charged at the time after the FBI completed its investigation of the matter.
