CP-0 may start an attack on Egghead. As things get crazier than usual, Vegapunk wants to leave the island and asks for Luffy's help.
Is it because of CP-0's threat that Vegapunk wants to leave? However, it remains to be seen if Luffy will help the doctor escape or wait and face CP-0 instead.

He probably needs time to draw a fighting scene between these two in "One Piece" Chapter 1068. Another major contender is Kuma.
Sure, he was seen running away from the Kamabakka Kingdom in the previous chapter, but it wasn't revealed if it had happened in the past or in the present timeline. Hence, it might be shown that Kuma had already left the Revolutionary Army headquarters before the other events took place in Chapter 1067.
