Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finalized their divorce on Monday, November 28. So, what does their settlement entail, and how will they co-parent their four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm?

Kardashian and West also have massive wealth and assets. So, here's how these things will be divided now that they're officially divorced.

In the docs obtained by Page Six, it was revealed that the reality star and her former husband would have joint custody with "equal access" to their children. However, sources close to the SKIMS founder told TMZ she would have the kids 80 percent of the time, which her ex also confirmed in September.

The renowned rapper would also have to give "The Kardashians" star $200,000 a month in child support and provide 50 percent of the children's education and security expenses. If the ex-couple has any dispute about any one of their kids, the settlement notes that they must attend the mediation.

However, if one fails to attend the intervention, the participating party will have the right to decide. Assets-wise, their holdings will be divided following their prenuptial agreement. Kardashian and West both waived spousal support.

The two's divorce finalization comes more than a year after the media personality filed for it in 2021. They started dating in 2012 and officially tied the knot in May 2014.

Their marriage started to be marred by divorce rumors since time immemorial, but it got worse when West began his public outburst in 2020. At the time, he launched a controversial presidential bid in the U.S. and revealed personal details about his family and marriage on campaign trails and Twitter posts.

Kardashian then addressed his bipolar disorder diagnosis in a rare public statement for everyone to understand his meltdown. She even asked for fans' compassion and admitted they were going through a "complicated and painful" situation at the time.

Come February 2021, she filed for divorce, ending their seven years of marriage. In December, she requested to be legally declared single and asked to separate issues of child custody and property from her marital status and to be allowed to use her maiden name, Kardashian, again.

West previously challenged Kardashian's request to be legally single again but eventually released a statement saying he had asked his team to expedite his marriage's dissolution so that he could put his full attention on their kids. After several months of publicly trying to win Kardashian again, a judge declared they were legally single in March 2022.
