Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lost another two of their staff over the weekend after their head of audio, Rebecca Sananès, and Archewell Foundation president, Mandana Dayani, stepped down from their respective posts. In total, they have lost 14 of their staffers since 2018, making some wonder what makes their people decide to leave them.

Sananès and Dayani resigned less than 24 hours apart, not even staying so long with the couple. So, why did these two leave Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?

Express revealed Sananès, who used to be in charge of the former actress' podcast, "Archetypes," left after just over a year of being part of the Sussex team. She's now replaced by the media executive Serena Regan, though there are no words yet if the Duchess of Sussex's show will be renewed for another season.

Sananès' departure came less than a day following Dayani's exit after running Archewell for about a year and a half. However, compared to Sananès, Dayani will not be replaced as the royal couple will be taking the "full lead" of their company.

Dayani's withdrawal is reportedly a mutual agreement. A statement revealed that she is "fully supportive" of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's new roles in their company, and they even "remain friends."

Dayani is considered one of the Sussexes' most important advisers. Ashley Hansen, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's global press secretary, the Iranian-born activist had been an "integral part" of Archewell.

Now that she had left the company, they were "grateful for her passion, commitment, and leadership." Meanwhile, a source told The Daily Telegraph, via Ok! Magazine, that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal staffers were "bending over backward to work with them."

Allegedly, they worked "non-stop" to defend their bosses against negative claims made against them, including the rumors about their treatment and behavior toward their staff. Another commentator said the story about comparing Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle was only "fabricated" and there was "no difference" regarding their treatment by the press.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming six-part documentary, "Harry & Meghan," will finally be out on Netflix. It will be divided into two parts: the first three episodes will be out on December 8, while the remaining episodes will drop on December 15.

The docuseries' trailer surprised many when it dropped at the time Prince William and Kate Middleton were in the U.S. Hence, many see the release of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's "Harry & Meghan" will make the royal family feud worse.
