The initial spoilers for "One Piece" Chapter 1071 are out, and it teases to reveal more about the Void Century and Joy Boy. After a long time, fans will finally have more knowledge about these two.
"One Piece" Chapter 1071 will show more of Kizaru and his plans now that he has arrived on Egghead Island. As Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hats want to leave the island and save Vegapunk, can they successfully make it?
Kizaru warns that it will never be an easy escape for Luffy and company. The Marines will continue their plan to use as many warships as possible against the group.
Kizaru is now near the Thousand Sunny, so he will soon face Zoro and Brook. He may also be seen with a Pacifista who looks like Law.
From there, flashbacks from the Void Century will be seen in "One Piece" Chapter 1071. Fans will see the original Joy Boy, though his face will not be revealed yet.
Kozuki Toki will be with him, able to travel 30 years before the present to be Oden's wife and Momonosuke's mother. The next chapter will also show the island being under construction and the people preparing for war.
This may mean the flashbacks are set on the alliance of 20 different kingdoms, later known as the World Government, going to war with the Ancient Kingdom.
In addition, "One Piece" Chapter 1071 spoilers claim Garp will make an appearance, though not on Egghead. Zoro will also be seen but will not face Kizaru yet. Kidd will go to Elbaf, the Giant's Island, which is said to be the Straw Hats' next destination, where the last Road Poneglyph is.
Meanwhile, "One Piece" Chapter 1070 saw Lucci and Luffy's fight. Lucci injured Sentomaru to have control of the Seraphims, forcing the latter to begin the battle.
The Seraphim had started to cause destruction and defeat the CP0 foot soldiers. They also used devil fruit abilities.
Franky wondered if Jimbe was still alive after his Seraphim used the Swim-Swim fruit ability. Vegapunk then explained how he duplicated Zoan Devil Fruits and the hardships he went through to copy Logia Devil Fruit, which was almost impossible to mimic.
He also explained how he created the Seraphim with green blood that runs through them, extracted from the Paramecia-type devil fruit users. Back to Luffy and Lucci's fight, the former won and used a vacuum rocket to get to the Lab Phase and treat Atlas.
The Straw Hats then prepared to leave Egghead Island while the CP0 took the control authority of the Seprahims. As the chapter ended, Kizaru was near the island.
"One Piece" Chapter 1071 will be out on Sunday, January 8.
