After Prince Harry claimed that his family had no plans to reconcile in an ITV interview with Tom Bradby, a British publication cleared that King Charles II was eager to resolve the issues with his youngest son. The insiders close to His Majesty accused the Duke of Sussex of telling the wrong side of the story and revealed the real deal between the two amid the latter's explosive revelations about the royal family.

Prince Harry held interviews in the U.K. and the U.S. for the promotion of his upcoming memoir, "Spare." Meghan Markle's husband made another set of shocking revelations against the royal family.

Sources who know the king told The Telegraph that the monarch has always made clear how much he loves his two sons and keeps all communication channels open throughout the last few years despite the "many barbs" from California.

The insiders then said the former senior royal's story was "wrong," revealing that the two royals had constant communication and even met up several times during the late Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022.

Though their relationship has "occasionally been tense," King Charles' doors have remained open for the couple, and Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have always been welcome. In fact, he even reportedly invited them to his upcoming coronation on May 6.

In his ITV interview, Prince Harry claimed that his family had shown "absolutely no willingness to reconcile." He also told Bradby his wish to have his father and brother, Prince William, back.

He then accused senior members of the royal family of portraying him and the Duchess of Sussex as "the villains" instead of helping them to restore their relationship. He then said he wanted "a family, not an institution."

In a separate interview with Anderson Cooper for "60 Minutes," Prince Harry defended himself and Meghan Markle against the accusations made against them, like being accused of revealing the royal family's dirty laundry.

He explained that while he worked hard to address their concerns privately, palace insiders held briefings and leaked and planted stories about them to the British press. He also accused the palace of speaking up to defend other royal family members against bad media reporting but refused to do the same for them. "At a certain point, silence is betrayal," Prince Harry stated.

"Spare" will be out on January 10, and many expect to see other major revelations about the royal family from Prince Harry.
