Victoria Beckham seems to have finally put the rumors that she and her daughter-in-law, Nicola Peltz, are feuding to rest after sharing a photo with them together to celebrate the model's birthday. In a post on Instagram Monday, January 9, the former Spice Girls gives a glimpse of their bond as they eat together at a table.

Rumors have it that Victoria and Peltz aren't on good terms since the latter tied the knot with the former's son, Brooklyn Beckham. But this rare photo shuts down all those claims.

David Beckham's wife captioned her post with a birthday greeting for the "Bates Motel" star, who was celebrating her 28th birthday on Monday. She then wished her a lovely day, to which the birthday girl responded, "Thank you so much."

The snap featured the two lovely ladies together. They seemed to be at the kitchen counter as they enjoyed a meal.

Peltz covered her face as she seemed to be grinning, while Victoria appeared to have a shy smile as she rested her head on her hand.

Back in August last year, sources told Page Six that these two couldn't "stand each other" several months after the young couple tied the knot. "The build-up to the wedding was horrendous," the insider said.

Instead of a Victoria Beckham dress, the bride donned a Valentino Haute Couture gown, which reportedly started the tension between them. However, in an interview with Variety, Peltz revealed what led to the alleged family feud.

The 28-year-old revealed she didn't refuse the idea that her then-future-mother-in-law would design her wedding dress. In fact, she really wanted to, but a few months later, Victoria realized her atelier couldn't do it. Left with no choice, she had to pick another dress.

Nicola cleared that Victoria never said she couldn't wear her designed dress or didn't want to do it. "That's where it started, and then they ran with that," she stated.

In the same interview, Brooklyn added that others would always try to write stuff like that against them, backing up his wife. But despite the effort to put them down, he stressed everyone got along.

In addition, Victoria said on Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast in December that she supported Brooklyn and Peltz. She admitted that she and David were all close to their children, and she believed it all had something to do with communication. They were both trying to do their best as a parent and supporting their kids.
